Creating Options TogetherTM Conference 2016 is a four-day conference for urban ministry leaders. It will be held August 2-5, 2016, at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN.

The conference is designed to help urban ministry leaders deepen their knowledge of how to address practical and spiritual needs in the city by creating fresh options for building Christ-centered disciples. This will be accomplished through a combination of inspiring presentations, focused seminars and breakout sessions, expert-led small group workshops, along with invigorating worship led by Run51 and passion-enhancing insight from spoken word and graphic artists.

In order to go deep and journey meaningfully with one another, Creating Options TogetherTM 2016 will be intentionally limited with respect to number of guests. Our goal is to enhance life-on-life experience and to make space for long meals and conversation with thought leaders. Are scholarships available?

Scholarships are available on a first come, first served basis for urban leaders willing to apply. For more information, contact your local Cru Inner City Director.

What does the registration fee cover?

Registration fees cover your three night stay, all meals, and your pass to all conference sessions.

Can I pay to attend only part of the conference?

No. Conference fees are the same regardless of how many sessions you attend.

Can I stay off campus?

Yes; However conference fees will stay the same regardless of where you stay.

Can I bring children to the conference?

Childcare will not be available, therefore we are requesting that children not be brought to the conference and that all attendees need to be 18 years of age or older and will be charged full price.

What is the cancellation fee for conference participants?

There is no additional fee for cancellation. We cannot provide refunds, but you are able to transfer your registration to a fellow participant if you cannot attend. Exceptions may be made in case of family or health emergencies and will be considered at the discretion of the conference leadership team.

Is lodging included in the conference fees?

Yes. Conference fees include 3 nights of lodging along with all meals and access to exercise facilities on the campus of the University of St. Thomas.

Where will conference participants stay?

Lodging is located on the conference premises at The University of St. Thomas in deluxe apartment-style dorm rooms.

Am I able to stay off campus?

Registration fees only cover staying on campus. We have intentionally chosen to have room and board located on the conference premises so that participants and thought leaders are able to converse, share ideas, and inspire each other.

Is the conference cheaper if I stay at a hotel or friend’s house?

No. Conference fees are the same regardless of whether you stay on campus or off-campus.

What do I need to bring?

Summer casual clothing, comfortable shoes, toiletries, exercise clothes, Bible, paper/notebook, pen, cash if you choose to leave campus, and any remaining payment owed for registration.

Meals

Are meals included in the conference fees?

Yes. All meals are included. The University of St. Thomas has first class facilities that cater to many different tastes and diets.
