Registration will be from 1 pm to 5 pm on August 2, 2016. Plan your transportation with enough time to reach Koch Commons at the St. Paul campus of the University of St. Thomas by at least 4 pm allowing for the delays and the type of ground transportation that you chose.

Most major and discount airlines to Minneapolis (MSP) Airport can be booked from the major third party booking sites such as: travelocity.com, orbitz.com, kayak.com, expedia, priceline, fly.com, cheapoair.com and hotwire.com.

The exceptions where you need to book directly are: suncountry.com and southwestairlines.com. Note that the MSP Airport has two locations, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (mspairport.com).

The registration destination is the Koch Commons building in the middle of the campus of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN (NOT the Minneapolis campus) which is about 8 miles from the airport. For those driving there is on-campus parking across the street from Koch Commons.

NOTE: Taxi or bus transportation will typically drop you off at the bus stop at the main entrance where the arches are at the south edge of the campus (www.stthomas.edu). It is a 0.2 mile (or 5 minute) walk from there to Koch Commons, so ask to be dropped off at the Koch Commons building.

Your cheapest option (about $3 each way) will use a combination of light rail and metro bus. You can plan your trip using the Trip Planner on www.metrotransit.org, which will take you to the bus stop noted above. (*40 to 60 minutes of travel time in addition to time spent waiting at the bus station)

Probably the most convenient option is to book a seat on the SuperShuttle, ($16 each way) which already has a (link set up for us) and will drop off at the Koch Commons building. (*15 to 25 minutes typical travel time)

Other more expensive traditional ground transportation can be accessed at mspairport.com (*15 to 25 minutes typical driving time)

Or there are the alternative taxi services available on smart phone apps such as uber.com or lyft.com. (*15 to 25 minutes typical driving time and as affordable as $15 one way)

*Actual results may vary depending on time of day.
